Location: Westcombe Park, SE3 (Greenwich, London)
Schedule: Approximately 25 to 30 hours/week, Monday to Friday — flexible hours.
The family is open to a mix of morning or afternoon shifts, and willing to offer longer hours on some days to best suit the nanny’s availability and the family’s needs.

A warm family in leafy Westcombe Park is looking for an experienced French-speaking nanny to care for their 5-month-old twins. While the parents are not fully bilingual, they would love for French to be the main language spoken with the children. Candidates with limited English who prefer to speak in French are very welcome.

The mother will initially be at home and will work closely with the nanny to ensure a smooth and gradual transition. While she is planning to return to work in February 2026, a full take-over of responsibilities by the nanny is not a strict requirement. The family is open to flexible arrangements.

Main Duties:

• Age-appropriate sensory play and developmental activities through French

• Bottle and solids preparation. Bottle feeding and weaning

• Light household tasks such as general kitchen tidying, laundry, tidying living space

• Baby bath time, dressing, and evening care routines

• Support with sleep cues and bedtime preparation

• Tidying nursery spaces, sterilising bottles, organising and cleaning baby clothes and their toys

• Participation in weaning (introduction of solids) in the coming months

• Daily communication with the parents in both French and English

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in French with strong English

• Proactive and energetic

• Minimum of 1 year experience, including experience minding more than one baby at a time is a plus

• Knowledge of the relevant routines for this age

• Confident with feeding challenges (bottles and solids) and responsive infant care

• Knowledge of weaning / early feeding milestones

• Paediatric First Aid certification (current)

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to update)

• Strong, verifiable references
