We are looking for a French-speaking Rota Nanny for a family based in Kensington. This is a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off role, with full accommodation and meals provided during the working weeks.

Main responsibilities

• Caring for two children aged 4 years and 3 months.

• Taking responsibility for all nursery duties, including morning and evening routines, preparing snacks, and organising educational and leisure activities.

• The father drops off the 4-year-old at school in the morning, so the nanny’s morning routine will mainly focus on the baby and nursery-related tasks.

• Preparing snacks and reheating the children’s meals — the family employs a chef, so there is no cooking required beyond warming up meals.

• Cleaning up after herself and maintaining nursery areas tidy and organised.

• Providing a warm, engaging, and proactive presence, encouraging curiosity and development.

• Being comfortable in a lively household, as every other week the father’s other children are present (no responsibility for their care).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a live-in nanny.

• Fluent French speaker with a warm and engaging personality.

• Must hold an EU or British passport and be willing to travel with the family during working weeks.

• Active, dynamic, and attentive, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to a vibrant family environment.

Position details

• Working schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

• Start date: January 2026

• Salary: £55,000–£60,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
