A lovely family based in St. John’s Wood (NW8) is looking for a dynamic and reliable French-speaking after-school nanny or manny to care for their two energetic boys, aged 12 and 14.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday

• Start between 2:30pm and 3:30pm

• Finish between 7:00pm and 8:00pm, depending on the candidate’s availability

• Extra hours available during school holidays

• Contract base: 20 to 25 hours/week, depending on preferred start time

Duties include:

• School pick-up

• Preparing snacks/dinner (no shellfish – allergy)

• Helping with homework

• Organising age-appropriate activities (especially football or basketball!)

• Preparing the boys’ belongings for the next day

• Children’s laundry and keeping their areas tidy

• Must speak French to children at all times

• General after-school support

Children:
Two active boys (12 and 14 years old) who love sports, especially football and basketball.
Important: The 12-year-old has a shellfish allergy – no shellfish should be included in any meals or snacks.

Start date:

• End of august or September

Salary:
£16–17 net/hour around £19 to £21 gross per hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Fluent French speaker – essential

• Energetic, sporty, and proactive personality

• Experience with older children / pre-teens

• DBS, references, right to work in the UK
