Salary: £20–£22 gross/hour
Estimated weekly salary: £900–£990 gross/week (based on 45 hours)

A warm and welcoming French-speaking family in Marylebone is looking for a kind, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny to care for their four children aged 10 months, 5, 7, and 8 years.

This is a shared-care role with the mother — the nanny will never be responsible for all four children at once.
The mother works in the morning until 2PM, so the nanny will have sole charge of the baby during the mornings and early afternoons. In the late afternoons, she will support the family routine and help with the older children after school, sometimes alongside the mother.

The family already employs a full-time housekeeper, so there are no housekeeping duties required. The role is entirely childcare-focused.

The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and organised, capable of creating a calm and engaging environment for both the baby and the older children.

Duties include:

• Sole charge of the 10-month-old baby during the day (feeding, naps, playtime, walks, etc.)

• School pick-up for the older children (within walking distance) when required

• Preparing healthy snacks and supervising dinner

• Helping with homework and reading in French

• Organising creative play, games, and outings

• Maintaining a calm, structured, and positive routine

• Collaborating with the mother in the afternoons for after-school care

Requirements:

• Fluent French speaker

• Strong experience with babies and children aged 5+

• Warm, engaging, and confident in managing a busy family environment

• Organised and proactive, able to work collaboratively with the mother

• Long-term commitment preferred
