A lovely family based in Ropley (Alresford, SO24) is looking for a caring and proactive nanny to look after their three children: a girl aged 8 and twin girls aged 5. The eldest has allergies to eggs and mustard, so extra care is needed when preparing meals. The family also has a friendly Golden Retriever, so the nanny must be comfortable around dogs.
The parents describe themselves as warm and loving while setting clear boundaries. They value good manners, kindness, responsibility, and encourage reading, puzzles, and play over screen time.
Location: Ropley, Alresford (SO24)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 1:00pm to 6:30pm (flexible hours)
Salary & Benefits: Competitive and statutory pension. Competitive holiday allowance. Use of family car.
Start date: ASAP
Nanny Duties:

School pick-ups and after-school routine
- Preparing healthy snacks and light meals (mindful of allergies)
- Helping with homework and reading practice
- Bath time and evening routine

Organising stimulating, educational, and fun activities (arts & crafts, puzzles, outdoor play)
- Encouraging good manners and responsibility in line with the family’s values

Light housekeeping and helping with all the family’s laundry and cooking.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (French or Spanish is a bonus)
- Driving licence required – please do not apply without one
- Previous experience with similar ages
- Knowledge of food allergies is a plus

DBS check, Paediatric First Aid, and Right to Work in the UK
- Comfortable around dog
