A family based in Marylebone, W1, is looking for an experienced English-speaking nanny or manny to care for their 12-year-old son after school.
The family is looking for someone reliable, engaging and confident supporting homework and organising age-appropriate activities. Their son particularly enjoys skateboarding.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
4:00pm – 7:00pm
15 hours per week
Salary
£19–£22 gross per hour
£285–£330 gross per week

Role Overview
This is an after-school position focused on supporting the child with his homework, meals and evening routine.
The family would also ideally like someone who is available to travel with them when required.
Main Responsibilities
- After-school care
- Homework support
- Prepare the child’s meals
- Organise age-appropriate activities
- Encourage outdoor activities and interests
- Support the evening routine
Nanny / Manny Duties
- Help with homework and schoolwork
- Prepare simple and healthy meals for the child
- Keep the child engaged after school
- Organise activities appropriate for a 12-year-old
- Encourage his interest in skateboarding and outdoor activities
- Support the child’s evening routine
- Travel with the family when required
Child-Related Housekeeping
- Tidy up after meals
- Keep the child’s belongings and areas organised
- Light duties directly related to the child only
- No deep cleaning
Requirements
- English level C1 minimum
- Previous childcare experience
- Confident supporting homework for a 12-year-old
- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable working with an older child
- Available to travel with the family
- Arabic speaker would be a bonus
