A family currently based in Paris is looking for an experienced French-speaking full-time nanny to care for their 6-month-old baby. The role will involve travel between London and Paris from September to December, before the family relocates to London in December.
The family is aware that the nanny will be based in the UK. All travel expenses between London and Paris from September to December will be covered by the family.
The family is looking for someone confident with babies, weaning, travel, and sole-charge care, while being comfortable with parents occasionally working from home.

Role Overview
The nanny will be responsible for the day-to-day care of a 6-month-old baby. The role requires strong baby experience, confidence with bottle feeding, weaning, age-appropriate routines, and supporting the child’s development.
The child is formula-fed. The nanny must be confident preparing bottles, managing feeds, and supporting the introduction of solids.
The family may work from home at times, so the nanny must be comfortable working alongside parents while maintaining a professional and independent approach.
The nanny must be French-speaking and willing to speak French with the child.
The nanny must also be willing and able to travel regularly with the family, including between Paris and London.
Main Responsibilities
Nanny Duties
Provide attentive and safe care for the baby
Follow and maintain the baby’s daily routine
Prepare and give formula feeds
Sterilise bottles and feeding equipment
Support weaning and introduction of solids
Prepare healthy age-appropriate meals
Monitor naps and sleep routines
Organise age-appropriate activities
Support the baby’s physical and emotional development
Encourage tummy time, sensory play, and early learning
Speak French with the child
Take the baby for walks and outings
Keep parents updated on the baby’s day
Travel with the family when required
Provide overnight care at least 3 times per week, paid separately
Child-related Housekeeping
Keep the baby’s areas clean and tidy
Clean and sterilise bottles and feeding items
Prepare and clean highchair after meals
Wash and organise the baby’s clothes
Keep the nursery tidy
Pack and organise the baby’s changing bag
No deep cleaning
Requirements
French-speaking nanny required
Minimum 5 years of nanny experience
Strong baby experience essential
Confident with formula feeding
Confident with weaning
Comfortable with overnight care
Willing and able to travel regularly between Paris and London
Comfortable with parents working from home
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Excellent references required
DBS check preferred
Paediatric First Aid preferred
Right to Work in the UK required
