A lovely family based in Wanstead, E11, is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking nanny to care for their baby. This is a sole-charge role focused exclusively on the child’s care and development.

• One baby, 6 months old

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm

Salary

• £19–£22 gross per hour

• Weekly gross salary: £950 – £1,100

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a warm, reliable, and development-focused nanny with proven experience caring for infants. The nanny will provide attentive, age-appropriate care in a calm and structured environment, with a strong emphasis on routine and early development. Spanish must be spoken with the child.

Main Responsibilities

• Sole charge of a 6-month-old baby

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Supporting developmental milestones

• Establishing and maintaining daily routines

• Communicating clearly with parents about the child’s day

Nanny Duties

• Bottle feeding and weaning support as required

• Nap routines and sleep supervision

• Age-appropriate play and sensory activities

• Reading, singing, and interaction in Spanish

• Outings suitable for a baby (local walks, baby classes if applicable)

Child-Related Housekeeping

• Preparing bottles and baby meals

• Cleaning and sterilising bottles

• Tidying play areas

• Baby laundry

• Keeping the nursery organised

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish speaker

• Proven experience with babies of similar age

• Confident in sole-charge roles

• Reliable, punctual, and organised

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Paediatric First Aid and DBS preferred (mandatory if required by the family)
