UHNW family based in Holland Park is seeking a highly experienced French or Turkish speaking rota nanny to join a fully staffed household. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and strong professional judgement within a shared-care, parent-present environment.

  • 2.5-year-old toddler


Working Hours

  • 24/7 rota position

  • 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

  • Shared care alongside parents and other nannies


Salary

  • Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability

Role Overview

This is a rota nanny position within a fully staffed UHNW household. The nanny will support the parents and work alongside other staff, focusing on the children’s safety, emotional wellbeing, and developmental progress.
The family works from home frequently and is seeking a nanny who understands discretion, boundaries, and the importance of supporting the parents’ approach to raising their children.


Main Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level childcare in a shared-care setting

  • Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times

  • Supporting emotional, cognitive, and developmental milestones

  • Working within a fully staffed household

  • Following family routines, structure, and expectations


Nanny Duties

  • Shared care of a baby and toddler alongside parents and other nannies

  • Supporting early development and milestone progression

  • Managing bathing and hygiene routines

  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

  • Taking children to the park and scheduled outings

  • Providing structured mental stimulation


Travel

  • Must be happy to travel with the family when required

  • Valid passport required


Requirements

  • French or English speaking (essential)

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience with demanding UHNW families

  • Proven longevity in previous roles (essential)

  • Strong experience with infants and toddlers

  • Confident understanding of health-related routines and needs

  • Experience working in fully staffed households

  • Comfortable in a shared-care, parent-present environment

  • Proactive and confident communicator

  • Able to express professional opinions clearly and respectfully

  • Discreet and professional

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Comfortable following family-led expectations and structure
