A family based in Kensal Rise, NW6 is looking for an experienced Danish or Swedish or Norwegian Speaking Nanny to care for their 20-month-old son.
This is a full-time, live-out position. The family regularly spends time at their home in Denmark, so flexibility to travel with them is an essential part of the role.

One boy aged 20 months.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 6:00pm
50 hours per week
Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience and profile.
Start Date
Flexible
The family is happy to accommodate the right candidate’s availability and notice period.
Pets
The family has a small dog.
Role Overview
The nanny will be responsible for the little boy’s daily care, routine and development.
The family is looking for an experienced, reliable and organised nanny who can provide engaging, age-appropriate care and support his development and growing independence.
The family regularly travels to their home in Denmark, and the nanny will be expected to accompany them.
Driving is not essential, but would be a bonus.
Main Responsibilities
Providing attentive and age-appropriate care
Managing his daily routine
Supporting his development and independence
Supporting his Danish language development
Planning stimulating activities and outings
Managing meals and nap routines
Travelling with the family as required
Nanny Duties
Preparing healthy meals and snacks
Planning age-appropriate activities
Taking him to classes and outings
Organising playdates where appropriate
Supporting physical, social and language development
Bathing and dressing as required
Preparing his belongings for outings and travel
Child-Related Housekeeping
Child’s laundry and clothing
Keeping his bedroom and play areas tidy
Cleaning and organising toys and child-related equipment
Keeping the kitchen tidy after preparing his meals
Keeping his belongings and supplies organised
All housekeeping duties are strictly child-related. No deep cleaning.
Requirements
Danish or Swedish or Norwegian speaker
Strong toddler experience
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Valid Enhanced DBS check
Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
Willing and able to travel regularly with the family
Must be comfortable with dogs
Reliable and organised
Looking for a long-term position
Driver is a bonus but not essential
