Ref: 1903, Part-time French-speaking Nanny – Chiswick (W4)

A caring and affectionate French-English family based in South Acton (W4) is looking for a kind, fun-loving, and responsible French-speaking nanny to support the development and daily routine of their two young children, aged 2 and 5. The parents value gentle, attentive care with clear boundaries, and believe childhood should be filled with joy, play, and emotional connection. They are looking for someone who shares these values and can create a warm, stimulating environment for their little ones.

Days & Hours:

• (Tuesday is optional), Wednesday, Thursday

  • 7:30am–9:30am (morning drop-offs)

  • 3:00pm–6:30pm (afternoon pick-ups and care)

• There is a possibility to increase to a third day (Tuesday) and 15 hours/week in future, depending on availability.

• Flexibility offered: If the nanny is unavailable on Tuesdays, the family is happy to consider just Wednesdays and Thursdays. They are also flexible on covering one morning per week if needed. However, Wednesdays and Thursdays are essential.

Duties include:

• Speaking French with the children at all times

• Morning routine and nursery/school drop-offs

• Afternoon pick-ups, snack time, play, and dinner

• Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying up after meals, toys, etc.)

Requirements:

• Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate

• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check

• References

Salary: £20 gross/hour (approx. £200 gross/week based on 10 hours, with potential increase to £300/week)
