A warm and welcoming family based in Hampstead NW3 is looking for a Russian-speaking nanny to care for their two children, aged 6 and 8 years old.

This is a live-out, long-term position, starting in September 2025.
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 3:30pm until around 6–7pm (with some flexibility). The family guarantees 20 hours per week of pay.

Responsibilities:

• School and activity pickups

• Providing snacks and occasional light cooking

• Engaging the children in age-appropriate games, activities, and conversations

• Supporting homework in Russian

• Communicating only in Russian with the children to support language immersion

• Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (references required)

• Fluent Russian speaker (native level preferred)

• Genuine interest in engaging with and supporting the development of school-age children

• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid, or willingness to obtain them

• Reliability, organisation, and commitment to a long-term role

Optional:
For the right candidate, the family may consider additional hours for help with light housekeeping (children’s laundry, tidying up, occasional cooking or household tasks).

Salary:
£20 gross per hour (approx. £400 gross per week, based on 20 hours).
