Rate: £22 gross per hour

Description:
A family based in Islington is looking for a French-speaking nanny to care for their 20-month-old son every Friday morning and early afternoon. The role is ideal for a kind, experienced, and proactive nanny who enjoys working with toddlers in a nurturing and language-rich environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging and age-appropriate activities in French

• Take the child out for walks or to the park (weather permitting)

• Prepare lunch and feed the child

• Change nappies and ensure general hygiene and comfort

• Support the child’s development through play and conversation in French

• Tidy up after meals and activities, leaving the space clean and orderly

Candidate requirements:

• Fluent or native French speaker

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with toddlers

• Paediatric First Aid certificate (valid)

• Enhanced DBS check (up to date)

• Checkable references from previous families

• Confident, caring, organised, and punctual

• Must be available every Friday from 9am to 2pm for the duration of the placement
