Ref: 1914, Nanny Housekeeper – Bayswater, W2

A lovely family based in Bayswater (W2) is looking for a warm and reliable Nanny Housekeeper to support them with both childcare and household duties. The role is split approximately 60% housekeeping and 40% nannying.

Location: Bayswater, W2
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 1/1:30pm to 7:30pm (approx. 30–32.5 hours per week)+ optional babysitting of 5-10 hours per week
Salary: £17 net per hour (equivalent to £643–£707 gross per week)

Children:

• Boy, 3 years old

• Boy, 7 years old

Home:
The family lives in a two-floor house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a large garden including a garden studio with third bathroom.

Main duties include:
Childcare:

• School pick-up for the children when required (usually handled by mum)

• Preparing healthy meals for the children

• Assisting with the afternoon/evening routine when needed

Housekeeping:

• Daily cleaning and tidying of all rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas)

• Laundry and ironing for the whole family

• Changing bed linens and towels

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised (including dishwasher loading/unloading, wiping surfaces, and fridge organisation)

• Light organisation of cupboards, wardrobes, and storage areas

• Occasional deep cleaning (e.g. inside oven, windows, or seasonal tasks)

• Maintaining a neat and welcoming home environment

Profile required:

• Previous experience in both childcare and housekeeping

• Organised, proactive, and reliable

• Confident preparing meals for children

• DBS check and Paediatric First Aid up to date
