A family based in Primrose Hill / Camden, NW1, is looking for a French-speaking live-out nanny to care for their twin girls aged 5.
The family is looking for someone reliable, organised and confident with school-age children. The role will include full nanny duties, school pick-ups, after-school clubs and occasional travel with the family.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 7:00pm
50 hours per week
School pick-up at 3:00pm.
During school holidays, the nanny will have full-time care of the children.
Salary
£65,000 gross per year
Approx. £1,250 gross per week
Approx. £25 gross per hour

Role Overview
The family is looking for a French-speaking nanny who can support the girls’ daily routine, school schedule, after-school clubs and general development.
During term time, child-related duties should be completed while the children are at school, so the nanny can focus fully on the children once they are back home.
During school holidays, the nanny will have full-time care of the children throughout the day.
The family would like someone who can travel with them.
A driver would be a bonus but is not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities
Nanny Duties
- Sole charge care of twin girls aged 5
- Speaking French with the children
- Supporting English and French homework and reading
- Supporting daily routines
- School pick-ups at 3:00pm
- Taking the children to after-school clubs
- Managing the afternoon routine after school
- Organising age-appropriate activities
- Encouraging independence and good manners
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Preparing dinner for the children
- Bath and bedtime routine when required
- Packing school bags and activity bags
- Organising playdates
- Travelling with the family
- Full-time care during school holidays
- Keeping the children safe and supervised at all times
Child-related Duties
To be completed while the children are at school during term time.
- Children’s laundry
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms tidy
- Keeping play areas organised
- Tidying up after meals and activities
- Managing the children’s clothes, school items and belongings
Requirements
- Fluent French speaker
- Good level of English
- Experience with school-age children
- Confident caring for two children
- Organised and proactive
- Able to manage after-school clubs and daily routines
- Able to travel with the family
- Driver preferred but not mandatory
- Must be comfortable with cats
- Live-out only
- Right to work in the UK
